Order Changes and Cancellation

 

Before you finalize your order, we recommend reviewing it to ensure that all the details are accurate. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us at support@skintechsupply.com as early as possible. Please be aware that once your order is marked as SHIPPED, we will be unable to modify or cancel it.

 

Goods Damaged in Transit

 

If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, or if you notice any damage to an item inside it, please contact us immediately at support@skintechsupply.com.

 

To assist us in working with the carrier, we will require you to provide us with images or proof of the damage. The photos should include close-ups of the damaged item as well as any damage to the packaging (inside and outside from all angles). Please do not dispose of the item or packaging before contacting us first.

Shipping in Canada

 

We ship all Canadian orders using Canada Post, directly from our warehouse located in Richmond, British Columbia, and deliver them to our customers nationwide. Currently, we offer only Standard Ground Shipping, which takes 3-7 Business Days for delivery. We plan to provide more delivery options in the future.

TIP: To avoid receiving your order late, we recommend that you:

• Please verify that you’ve provided us with your correct shipping address, phone number and email address.

FREE Ground Shipping

Our Free Ground Shipping offer is only valid when the order value exceeds $289.00 before taxes.

Local Delivery

​

We offer local delivery in select British Columbia cities: Vancouver, Richmond, and Burnaby. Specific delivery locations are defined by a 10km radius from Mitchell Island, Richmond, BC. During checkout, if your location falls within the radius, you can select Local Delivery option.

We understand the importance of timely deliveries. Currently, we can only deliver on Saturdays. To ensure your order is delivered on the same week, please place it by 6:00 pm on Thursdays. If placed after this time, your order will be delivered the following week's Saturday. Thank you for your understanding!

*There is a small delivery fee of $15 for any orders below $150.

Shipping to the USA and International

 

At the moment, we do not ship outside of Canada.

Pre-Order Items

 

Sometimes, you may come across an option to Pre-Order a product. When you Pre-Order, it means that the product is not immediately available for shipping as it is on its way to us. By Pre-Ordering, you reserve your place in line to receive the product as soon as it is in stock and before it sells out. If Pre-Order item does not ship by the specified timeframe in the product description, you will be offered the option to receive a full refund or continue to wait for it.
