Returns + Refunds

We only accept unopened and unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

 

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned unopened, unused and in the original packaging.

• A full refund applies to the cost of the product only.

• Refunds do not include shipping charges.

• We do not charge a restocking fee.

IMPORTANT: Unless there was an error on our part, in which case, we will cover the shipping cost, otherwise you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

It is highly recommended when you ship an item back to us, select a shipping method that provides tracking information while it's in transit. All returns shipped to SkinTech Supply Inc. are your responsibility until we receive them.
